Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance and reminders are sent out 24 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Please allow 24 hours notice if you cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee of scheduled services. Thank you.
